Cancellation Policy

Due to non-refundable deposits and item purchases (shirts, trophies, etc.), we have the following cancellation policy:

  • More than 45 days prior: Full refund
  • 30–45 days prior: $250 refund
  • Less than 30 days prior: $0 refund, unless a replacement is found — if someone takes your spot, you'll receive $250 back once they provide their deposit. The remainder covers non-refundable costs already incurred.
