Cancellation
Policy

Due to the nature of non-refundable deposits and item purchases (shirts, trophies, etc) we have a cancellation policy as listed below.

  • More than 45 days prior to the outing: Full Refund
  • 30-45 days prior to the outing: $250 Refund
  • Less than 30 days prior to the outing: $0 Refund UNLESS a replacement is found. If a replacement is found to take your spot you will receive $250 back once they provide their deposit.
    The remainder covers the non-refundable costs incurred.
